to our clients specific needs and workplace requirements and are very
flexible, easy to practice and accessible to a wide range of people.
The meditations we teach are non-religious
and are not aligned with any particular group.
We teach skills and attitudes
which help the regulation of inappropriate responses to challenging
situations which often result in stress, lack of productivity and
effectiveness, deterioration in communication and many other negative
behaviors.
Programmes can be conducted as :
· Workshops (1 1/2 hour or half day)
· 6 weeks Introductory Programme
· Ongoing 1 hour classes
All Programmes include clear instructions and guided
meditation combined with inspiring and motivational guidelines on
how to integrate the practice of meditation and mindfulness into
daily work and life.
Mindbalance Corporate Welness Programmes can also
be attached to an existing compatible Wellness Program.
We offer free
informative talk for your organization.
At the end of a Programme participants receive free
CD for their ongoing practice.

“ I have to be honest, when I was first approached
about meditation I was cynical – I was willing to give it a go,
but as your average couch potato I thought it was going to be more
beneficial as a rest.
Now I’m quite convinced it’s making a real
difference in my life (so much so that even my wife notices when

How has it affected me? Fundamentally it’s
getting back to the whole notion of being present in the moment
and being sincere and committed to that moment. I know it sounds
