Meditation is a simple and effective tool for achieving inner peace, clarity and focus by bringing ones awareness into the present moment.

The meditations we teach are non-religious and are not aligned with any particular group. They are accessible to a wide range of people and are easy to practice.

 
       
Mindfulness is the capacity to be aware of what is going on. The practice of mindfulness helps us to stop running and to realize that happiness is possible right here right now.
 
Meditation and mindfulness are increasingly recognised by leading neuroscientists as most effective tools for developing and maintenance of neuroplasticity of the brain ( Neuroplasticity is the brain’s capacity to make new connections and rewire existing ones).
